Shipping policy

1. Shipping Zones

We offer worldwide shipping. Whether you’re located in France, Europe, or elsewhere, we strive to deliver your orders under the best possible conditions.

 

2. Delivery Times

• France (Mainland): 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.

• European Union: 7 to 14 business days after dispatch.

• Rest of the World: 10 to 21 business days after dispatch (delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs procedures).

Delivery times are estimates and may be extended due to external factors (customs, couriers, weather conditions, etc.).

 

3. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the items ordered. These fees will be clearly displayed at checkout.

For international orders, additional charges (customs duties, local taxes) may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Damages During Transport

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, offer you a replacement or refund.

Lost Parcels

If a parcel has not been delivered within 60 days of the dispatch date, we will refund the shipping costs.

If a parcel has not been delivered within 90 days, we will issue a full refund for the order.


7. International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, local taxes, or administrative fees. These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on local regulations.


8. Modifications or Cancellations

Once shipped, an order cannot be canceled or modified.

If you wish to cancel or modify an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible.
